Lucy Dacus is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist from Richmond, Virginia, known for candid indie rock built around detailed narratives. Her albums include No Burden, Historian, Home Video and Forever Is a Feeling, while “Night Shift,” “Hot & Heavy” and “VBS” are among her best-known songs. She is also a member of boygenius with Julien Baker and Phoebe Bridgers. In 2021 and 2022, Lucy Dacus played theatres and festivals across North America and Europe on the Home Video Tour. In 2023 she performed with boygenius on The Tour; the group played Madison Square Garden and ended the run with a Halloween concert at the Hollywood Bowl.
