He spent many years as the lead vocalist of Banda Los Recoditos, recording songs including "Mi Último Deseo," before establishing a solo repertoire led by "Reflexión" and "Y Si Se Quiere Ir." Luis Angel "El Flaco" toured in Mexico and the United States as the frontman of Banda Los Recoditos before taking his own show on the road. In 2024, he celebrated 25 years in music with a concert at Arena Ciudad de México.
