M-Clan in Jerez de la Frontera

M-Clan are a Spanish rock band formed in Murcia in 1992 by singer Carlos Tarque and guitarist Ricardo Ruipérez. Their music draws on hard rock and southern rock, and their best-known songs include “Carolina,” “Quédate a dormir” and “Llamando a la Tierra,” a Spanish adaptation of Steve Miller Band’s “Serenade.” Key albums include Usar y tirar and Defectos personales. The live album Sin enchufe documented the band performing acoustic arrangements in 2001. More than a decade later, Dos noches en el Price captured two anniversary concerts at Madrid’s Teatro Circo Price, after which the group returned to electric, full-band touring for Delta. Carlos Tarque and Ricardo Ruipérez later brought the songs into theatres as the acoustic show Desarmados.
