Man Man in Brooklyn

Man Man is an American experimental rock band formed in Philadelphia in 2003 and led by singer and multi-instrumentalist Honus Honus. The group became known for its dense percussion, theatrical vocals and abrupt stylistic turns on albums including Six Demon Bag, Rabbit Habits and On Oni Pond; “Head On” is among its best-known songs. In 2007, Man Man joined Modest Mouse for a run of North American dates, bringing its keyboard-and-percussion-heavy full-band set to larger rooms. The band later performed at Coachella and Bonnaroo.
