Marcella Arguello is an American stand-up comedian raised in Modesto, California. Her comedy draws on family, dating and her Salvadoran heritage; she is known for the album The Woke Bully, an appearance on Netflix’s The Comedy Lineup and the HBO special Bitch, Grow Up! Marcella Arguello created and hosted Women Crush Wednesdays at the Hollywood Improv, a recurring showcase for women and nonbinary comedians. She later recorded The Woke Bully before a live audience at the Punch Line in San Francisco.
