Mario Barth in Jena

Mario Barth is a German stand-up comedian and television presenter, born in Berlin in 1972. He is known for routines about relationships between men and women, developed in stage programmes including Männer sind Schweine, Frauen aber auch! and Männer sind primitiv, aber glücklich!, as well as the television programme Mario Barth deckt auf! His first stage programme, Männer sind Schweine, Frauen aber auch!, premiered in 2001 and was followed by nationwide arena tours. In 2008 he took Männer sind primitiv, aber glücklich! to Berlin’s Olympiastadion for a performance recognized by Guinness World Records for its live comedy audience. He returned there in 2014 with Männer sind schuld, sagen die Frauen.
