Matt Pond PA in Los Angeles

Matt Pond PA is an American indie-rock band formed in Philadelphia in 1998 by singer-songwriter Matt Pond. Its guitar-led songs often feature chamber-pop arrangements, and its catalog includes The Green Fury, Emblems, Several Arrows Later and Last Light, as well as songs such as “New Hampshire” and “Brooklyn Stars.” Matt Pond PA played Lollapalooza in 2005 during the Several Arrows Later period and toured with Guster and Liz Phair in the years around the album. In 2017, the group announced that Still Summer would be its final album and followed it with a farewell tour; Matt Pond later resumed concerts under the Matt Pond PA name.
