McFly in Newcastle upon Tyne

McFly are a British pop-rock band formed in London in 2003 by Tom Fletcher, Danny Jones, Dougie Poynter and Harry Judd. Their debut album, Room on the 3rd Floor, introduced songs including “Five Colours in Her Hair” and “Obviously”; “All About You” and “Star Girl” became further staples of their catalogue. McFly supported Busted on the 2004 A Present for Everyone Tour before mounting their own British arena runs, including the Wonderland Arena Tour and Motion in the Ocean Tour. They reunited for a one-off concert at the O2 Arena in 2019 after several years away from performing as a band, followed by the Young Dumb Thrills Tour and the Power to Play Tour. Britain remains the centre of their concert schedule, but Brazil has also become an important market: McFly have returned for shows in São Paulo and performed at Rock in Rio.
