Miranda Lambert in Sturgis

Miranda Lambert is an American country singer-songwriter, born in Longview, Texas, in 1983 and raised in Lindale. She placed third on Nashville Star in 2003, and her major-label debut Kerosene arrived in 2005. Her catalog includes the albums Revolution and Platinum and songs such as “The House That Built Me,” “Gunpowder & Lead,” “Mama’s Broken Heart” and “Bluebird.” Roadside Bars & Pink Guitars began as a headline tour in 2010. She followed it with the Platinum Tour in 2014 and the Keeper of the Flame Tour in 2016, playing arenas and amphitheatres across North America. In 2022, she opened the Velvet Rodeo residency at Zappos Theater inside Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. She recorded the concert album Live at Billy Bob’s Texas at the Fort Worth honky-tonk. The 2020 Wildcard Tour brought her full-band show to Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena.
