Artist
Nino de Angelo is a German pop and schlager singer, born in Karlsruhe in 1963. He is best known for the 1983 song “Jenseits von Eden” and represented West Germany at the Eurovision Song Contest with “Flieger”; his later albums include Gesegnet und Verflucht. The Eurovision Song Contest brought him to the stage in Lausanne in 1989. More than three decades later, he toured theatres with a band, placing new material and earlier hits in the same concert programme on the Gesegnet und Verflucht tour.
