Niska in Colmar

Niska is a French rapper born in Évry in 1994, known for hard-edged hip-hop and afro-trap. He established his recorded catalogue with the albums Charo Life, Zifukoro and Commando; his best-known tracks include “Réseaux” and “Matuidi Charo,” while his appearance on Gims’s “Sapés comme jamais” brought him to a wider pop audience. In 2017, Niska performed at the Olympia in Paris as his early releases moved into larger headline rooms. He subsequently took the same catalogue onto major francophone festival stages, including Les Ardentes in Liège and Dour Festival.
