Nogu Svelo! is a Russian rock band formed in Moscow in 1988 by singer and bassist Max Pokrovsky. Its alternative rock and punk sound became widely associated with the album and song “Haru Mamburu”; other staples include “Siberian Love,” “Lilliputian Love” and “Our Young Funny Voices.” At Russia’s 1994 Eurovision selection, the group performed “Siberian Love.” Its later festival history includes repeated performances at Maxidrom and appearances at Nashestvie.
