Olivia Dean in Baltimore

Olivia Dean is a British singer-songwriter, born in 1999 and raised in Walthamstow, east London. She writes pop and soul shaped by R&B, first collected on releases including the EP Ok Love You Bye. Her debut album Messy followed in 2023 and includes “Dive,” while “The Hardest Part” became another of her best-known songs. Dean gained early touring experience as a backing vocalist for Rudimental before building her own headline shows. The Messy Tour took her through the UK, Europe and North America after the album’s release, and in 2024 she performed on the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury.
