Olivia O'Brien in Salt Lake City

Olivia O'Brien is an American pop singer-songwriter born in Thousand Oaks, California, in 1999. She first drew broad attention as the featured vocalist and co-writer on gnash’s “i hate u, i love u.” Her own catalog includes the album Was It Even Real? and songs such as “Josslyn,” “RIP” and “Empty.” In 2019, she supported her debut album on the Was It Even Real? Tour, a North American headlining run through club and theatre venues. She returned to headline another run in 2021 under the name It Was a Sad Fucking Tour.
