Paty Cantú in Mexico City

Paty Cantú is a Mexican pop singer and songwriter born in Guadalajara in 1983. She first recorded as one half of the duo Lu before beginning a solo career whose albums include Me Quedo Sola, Afortunadamente No Eres Tú and Corazón Bipolar. Her best-known songs include “Déjame ir,” “Afortunadamente no eres tú” and “Valiente.” The Corazón Bipolar Tour was followed by the #333 Tour, both built around her solo catalogue. She has also headlined the Auditorio Nacional in Mexico City, a central venue in her concert history.
