Artist
Penetration are an English punk rock band formed in Ferryhill, County Durham, in 1976 and fronted by vocalist Pauline Murray. They are best known for the single “Don't Dictate” and the albums Moving Targets and Coming Up for Air. In 1977, Penetration performed at the Roxy in London, and “Don't Dictate” was included on the club compilation Live at the Roxy London WC2. After breaking up in 1979, the band reunited in 2001 for the Holidays in the Sun festival in Blackpool.
