Artist
Personal Trainer is a Dutch indie-rock band formed in Amsterdam in 2018 around singer and songwriter Willem Smit. The group’s guitar-led songs can shift between wiry punk, indie pop and noise rock; its albums include Big Love Blanket and Still Willing. In 2019, Personal Trainer staged a 24-hour performance at Paradiso. As the band’s catalogue grew, it toured European clubs and appeared at festivals including Best Kept Secret and End of the Road.
