Pet Shop Boys in Fornebu

Pet Shop Boys are a British synth-pop duo formed in London in 1981 by singer Neil Tennant and keyboard player Chris Lowe. Their electronic pop is known through songs including “West End Girls,” “It’s a Sin,” “Always on My Mind” and “Go West,” as well as the albums Actually and Behaviour. The Performance tour opened in 1991 as a theatrical production staged by opera directors David Alden and David Fielding. In 1997 the duo mounted Somewhere, a concert residency at the Savoy Theatre. Their Dreamworld greatest-hits tour opened in 2022 and included a headline performance on the Other Stage at Glastonbury that year. Pet Shop Boys have repeatedly played arena dates in Berlin, Glasgow and Birmingham.
