Pierce Brothers in Newstead

Pierce Brothers are an Australian folk-rock duo formed in 2011 by twin brothers Jack and Pat Pierce. Their catalogue includes the albums Atlas Shoulders and Into the Great Unknown, as well as songs such as “Brother” and “Amsterdam.” They built their early audience by busking on Bourke Street in Melbourne, then carried their compact multi-instrument setup into clubs and theatres on international tours. Their festival appearances have included Lowlands and Pinkpop in the Netherlands. The core live format uses acoustic guitar, percussion, harmonica and vocal harmonies, performed between Jack and Pat Pierce.
