RAYE in Reading

RAYE is a British singer-songwriter from south London, born in 1997. Her music moves through pop, R&B, dance and jazz, and she is known for “Escapism.” and the album My 21st Century Blues, which also includes “Oscar Winning Tears.” and “Ice Cream Man.” The My 21st Century Blues Tour began in 2023 and took her through theatres and concert halls in Europe and North America. That year she performed with the Heritage Orchestra and a choir at a concert later issued as My 21st Century Symphony (Live at the Royal Albert Hall). In 2024, her festival appearances included Coachella and a Pyramid Stage performance at Glastonbury.
