Red Velvet in Seoul

Red Velvet is a South Korean girl group formed by SM Entertainment in 2014, comprising Irene, Seulgi, Wendy, Joy and Yeri. Their music ranges across bright dance-pop and smooth R&B, represented by songs including “Red Flavor,” “Bad Boy,” “Psycho” and “Russian Roulette,” as well as the albums The Red and Perfect Velvet. The group opened its first solo concert series, Red Room, at Olympic Hall in 2017. Redmare followed in 2018 with performances across Asia and North America, while La Rouge began at Korea University’s Hwajeong Gymnasium in 2019. In 2023, R to V opened with two concerts at KSPO Dome before extending through Asia and Europe. The European dates placed Red Velvet in the concert-hall setting of AFAS Live in Amsterdam and the arena setting of OVO Arena Wembley in London.
