Ricky Gervais in Cambridge

Ricky Gervais is an English comedian, actor, writer and director, born in Reading in 1961. He is best known for co-creating and starring in The Office and Extras with Stephen Merchant, and for creating and starring in Derek and After Life. Animals was recorded at Bloomsbury Theatre, and Politics followed at Palace Theatre. He later toured Fame and Science, then returned to stand-up with Humanity before mounting SuperNature and Armageddon. He has played theatre dates at Eventim Apollo and taken his stand-up to the arena at Madison Square Garden. He has also performed solo stand-up at the Hollywood Bowl.
