Roosevelt Collier in Cocoa Beach

Roosevelt Collier is an American pedal steel guitarist from Miami whose music draws on blues, funk, rock and the church-rooted Sacred Steel tradition. He became known through his work with the family gospel group The Lee Boys and later released the solo album Exit 16. Roosevelt Collier spent years touring with The Lee Boys, including performances at Bonnaroo and the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. Under his own name, he has played Suwannee Hulaween and served as an artist at large on Jam Cruise.
