RÜFÜS DU SOL in Milwaukee

RÜFÜS DU SOL is an Australian electronic trio formed in Sydney in 2010 by Tyrone Lindqvist, Jon George and James Hunt. Their alternative dance music pairs melodic house rhythms with sung pop songwriting. The group is known for “Innerbloom,” “You Were Right” and “No Place,” as well as the albums Bloom, Solace and Surrender. The Solace Tour included a 2019 performance at Coachella and headline dates built around the album. Later that year, the trio recorded the outdoor concert film Live from Joshua Tree, released in 2020. The Surrender Tour followed with amphitheatre, arena and stadium performances in 2022. RÜFÜS DU SOL performs as a three-piece live band: Lindqvist sings and plays guitar, George handles keyboards, and Hunt plays drums. They have played multi-night stadium runs in Los Angeles and returned repeatedly to Red Rocks Amphitheatre near Denver.
