Sarah Connor in Füssen

Sarah Connor is a German pop and soul singer, born in Delmenhorst in 1980. She became known through English-language singles including “From Sarah with Love,” “Music Is the Key” and “Just One Last Dance.” The album Muttersprache marked her move into German-language songwriting and produced “Wie schön du bist”; Herz Kraft Werke continued that direction. The Green Eyed Soul Tour took songs from her debut album into German concert halls in 2002. More than a decade later, the Muttersprache tour brought her German-language repertoire to arenas and open-air venues, and a concert at Filmnächte am Elbufer in Dresden was filmed for a live release. The Herz Kraft Werke tour followed, built around her second German-language album.
