SDP in Brunswick

SDP are a German duo formed in Berlin-Spandau in 1999 by Vincent Stein and Dag-Alexis Kopplin. Their music moves between pop, hip-hop, rock and reggae, often pairing comic or satirical lyrics with direct choruses. They are known for songs including “Die Nacht von Freitag auf Montag,” “Ich will nur dass du weißt” with Adel Tawil and “Ne Leiche,” as well as the album Die bekannteste unbekannte Band der Welt. The Die bekannteste unbekannte Band der Welt tour took SDP into large halls and arenas across Germany. Their 25 Jahre SDP anniversary tour followed in 2024, marking the duo’s quarter-century with open-air concerts that included Berlin’s Parkbühne Wuhlheide.
