Soulfly in Fontaneto d'Agogna

Soulfly is an American metal band formed in Phoenix in 1997 by Brazilian singer and guitarist Max Cavalera after his departure from Sepultura. They play groove-heavy metal shaped by thrash, nu metal and Brazilian percussion. The albums Soulfly, Primitive and Prophecy established songs including “Eye for an Eye” and “Back to the Primitive” as central parts of their catalogue. Soulfly performed on Ozzfest’s second stage in 1998 and also appeared at Dynamo Open Air that year. Their later festival history included Download Festival in 2004, followed by a performance at Wacken Open Air in 2006.
