Stephen Pearcy in Lincoln

Stephen Pearcy is an American hard-rock singer and songwriter, born in Long Beach in 1956 and best known as the founder and lead vocalist of Ratt. His voice is heard on the albums Out of the Cellar and Invasion of Your Privacy, as well as songs including “Round and Round,” “Lay It Down” and “Wanted Man.” He has also released records under his own name. Ratt performed at Monsters of Rock at Donington Park in 1985, during the band’s mid-1980s arena years. After periods away from the group, Stephen Pearcy returned for its reunion and a 2007 appearance at Rocklahoma, then carried the same catalog into concerts billed under his own name. His solo concerts are full-band hard-rock sets built around material from his solo records and Ratt’s catalog. Longtime guitarist Erik Ferentinos has been part of Stephen Pearcy’s touring band.
