Artists
Stereo MC's are an English electronic dance and hip-hop group formed in 1985 by Rob Birch and Nick Hallam. They are best known for the album Connected and its title track, as well as “Step It Up” and “Ground Level.” Stereo MC's supported Happy Mondays on a US tour in 1990. Four years later, after the success of Connected, they performed at Woodstock '94.
Kosheen are a British electronic group formed in Bristol in 1998 by singer Sian Evans and producers Markee Substance and Darren Decoder. Their music draws on drum and bass, trip-hop and electronic rock. The debut album Resist produced the singles “Hide U,” “Catch” and “Hungry,” while Kokopelli included “All in My Head.” The concert release Live at Koko documented Kosheen performing at the London venue as a full band. Years later, the Resist 20th Anniversary Tour returned to the debut album in concert, using a live-band format led by Sian Evans.
