Story Of The Year is an American post-hardcore and alternative-rock band formed in St. Louis in 1995. After performing as Big Blue Monkey, the group adopted its present name in 2002. The 2003 debut album Page Avenue yielded its signature songs “Until the Day I Die” and “Anthem of Our Dying Day,” followed by albums including In the Wake of Determination and The Black Swan. In 2004, Story Of The Year joined Linkin Park’s Meteora World Tour, and a hometown concert at The Pageant was later documented on Live in the Lou/Bassassins. The group marked the tenth anniversary of Page Avenue in 2013 by touring with the album performed in full. In 2023, it supported Yellowcard on the tour celebrating 20 years of Ocean Avenue. The band has also performed on the recurring touring events Warped Tour and Taste of Chaos.
Silverstein is a Canadian post-hardcore band formed in Burlington, Ontario, in 2000. Their music pairs melodic singing with screamed vocals and heavy guitar passages. The albums When Broken Is Easily Fixed and Discovering the WaterfrontDecade. A tenth-anniversary tour for Discovering the Waterfront followed in 2015, featuring the album in full. The later 20th Anniversary Tour used three sets devoted to fan favourites, Discovering the Waterfront and acoustic arrangements.
