STS9 in Bonner-West Riverside

STS9 is an American instrumental band formed in Georgia in 1998, originally under the name Sound Tribe Sector 9. The group plays electronic dance grooves through guitar, bass, drums, percussion and keyboards, using improvisation as a central part of its music. Its best-known records include Artifact and Peaceblaster. Live at the Georgia Theatre documented the band performing in Athens, Georgia. STS9 later developed recurring multi-night concerts at Red Rocks Amphitheatre and New Year’s runs in Atlanta. Its festival history includes performances at Bonnaroo and Electric Forest.
