In the early 1990s, Foley played at Antone’s in Austin, the blues club whose record label released her first albums. She plays country and Delta blues, using fingerpicked and slide guitar on recordings including “Lovin’ Whiskey,” High Heeled Blues and The Lady and Mr. Johnson, her tribute to Robert Johnson. Rory Block has toured North America and Europe for decades as a solo singer and guitarist, appearing in clubs, theatres and at blues festivals.
