The Bunny The Bear is an American experimental post-hardcore band formed in Buffalo in 2008 by vocalist Matthew Tybor. Electronic textures, heavy guitars and the contrast between the screamed Bunny role and clean-sung Bear role shape its sound. The band is known for albums including If You Don’t Have Anything Nice to Say..., The Stomach for It, Stories and Food Chain. The band joined the Vans Warped Tour in 2012, presenting its masked, two-vocalist format in a full-band set. Different singers have occupied the Bear role over the years, while Matthew Tybor has remained the Bunny and the central figure in the live lineup.
