The Glorious Sons in Bala

The Glorious Sons are a Canadian rock band formed in Kingston, Ontario, in 2011. Led by singer Brett Emmons, they are known for the albums The Union, Young Beauties and Fools and A War on Everything, as well as songs including “Everything Is Alright,” “S.O.S. (Sawed Off Shotgun)” and “Panic Attack.” Young Beauties and Fools won the Juno Award for Rock Album of the Year. In 2019, they opened for The Rolling Stones at Burl’s Creek Event Grounds, then staged their Our Little Piece of Work hometown concert at Richardson Memorial Stadium. The Unfinished Business Tour took the band across North America in 2022, followed by further headline dates on The Glory Tour. Their festival appearances have included Lollapalooza in Chicago and Ottawa Bluesfest.
