The Hotelier in Los Angeles

The Hotelier is an American emo and indie-rock band formed in Worcester, Massachusetts, in 2009, originally under the name The Hotel Year. Led by vocalist and songwriter Christian Holden, the group is known for the album Home, Like Noplace Is There and songs including “An Introduction to the Album” and “Your Deep Rest”; its catalogue also includes It Never Goes Out and Goodness. In 2023, The Hotelier toured the United States with Foxing to mark the tenth anniversaries of two albums. The Hotelier played Home, Like Noplace Is There in sequence each night, paired with a full performance of The Albatross by Foxing.
