The Lone Bellow is an American Americana and folk-rock band formed in Brooklyn in 2011 by Zach Williams, Kanene Donehey Pipkin and Brian Elmquist. The group is known for three-part vocal harmonies and songs including “Green Eyes and a Heart of Gold” and “Then Came the Morning”; Aaron Dessner produced the album Then Came the Morning. The group performed at Newport Folk Festival in 2013 and later brought its harmony-led full-band sets to the Grand Ole Opry. In 2023, the musicians revisited their debut album in full on The Lone Bellow 10th Anniversary Tour.
