Artist
The Rattles are a German rock band formed in Hamburg in 1960. Their early records grew out of beat music, while later material moved toward harder and psychedelic rock; their best-known songs include “The Witch” and “Come On and Sing.” The Rattles played the Star-Club during the early 1960s, establishing their live reputation in the same club circuit that hosted many British beat groups. In 1966, they supported the Beatles during the latter band’s German tour.
