Till Brönner & Band is the live ensemble led by German trumpeter, singer and composer Till Brönner, who was born in Viersen in 1971. He plays contemporary jazz shaped by pop, soul and bossa nova, and his catalogue includes the albums Oceana, Rio, The Good Life and Nightfall, a duo recording with bassist Dieter Ilg. The The Good Life tour presented standards and original songs with Brönner on trumpet and vocals at the centre of a full band. He later toured Nightfall as a duo with Dieter Ilg, then returned to band concerts with material from On Vacation, his project with Bob James. His festival history also includes the Montreux Jazz Festival.
