Tim Cappello is an American saxophonist, singer and multi-instrumentalist born in 1955. He is known for his work in Tina Turner’s band and for performing “I Still Believe” in the film The Lost Boys, a scene that made the song closely associated with him. Tim Cappello toured with Turner on the Break Every Rule World Tour. During that run, he performed at Maracanã in Rio de Janeiro in 1988 for the concert film Tina Live in Rio ’88, then returned to the band for Foreign Affair: The Farewell Tour.
