Tracy Lawrence is an American country singer and songwriter, born in Atlanta, Texas, in 1968. His traditional country sound became familiar through the albums Sticks and Stones, Alibis and Time Marches On, as well as songs including “Can’t Break It to My Heart” and “Paint Me a Birmingham.” Beginning in 2006, Tracy Lawrence established the annual Mission:Possible Turkey Fry and Concert in Nashville to support people experiencing homelessness. In 2020, he co-headlined the Late Nights and Longnecks Tour with Justin Moore, and in 2023 he was inducted as a member of the Grand Ole Opry.
