Truncate in San Francisco

Truncate is the techno project of American DJ and producer David Flores, a Los Angeles artist who launched the alias in 2011 after recording as Audio Injection. He is known for sparse, loop-driven club tracks including “Concentrate” and “Dial,” released through his Truncate label. Truncate has played DJ sets at Berghain in Berlin and fabric in London, two clubs closely associated with underground techno. He has also performed on the festival stage at Movement in Detroit.
