Turf in Colonia del Sacramento

Turf is an Argentine rock band formed in Buenos Aires in 1995 and fronted by singer Joaquín Levinton. Its guitar-led rock and pop are represented by songs including “Loco un poco,” “Pasos al costado” and “Yo no me quiero casar, ¿y usted?”, as well as the albums Una pila de vida and Para mí para vos. In 1998, Turf opened for the Rolling Stones at Estadio River Plate. After reuniting in 2014, the band resumed performing at major Argentine events, including Cosquín Rock, and later played Teatro Gran Rex.
