Vera Brezhneva in Batumi

Vera Brezhneva is a Ukrainian pop singer and actress, born in 1982, who became known as a member of VIA Gra. She joined the group in 2003 and remained until 2007, appearing on songs including “Ne ostavlyay menya, lyubimyy!” and “Okean i tri reki.” Her solo catalogue includes “Lyubov spasyot mir,” “Lepestkami slyoz” with Dan Balan and the album Lyubov spasyot mir. After leaving VIA Gra in 2007, she began performing solo concerts built around her own pop material and songs associated with the group. Her subsequent live appearances have included the New Wave festival in Sochi and Zhara in Baku.
