Weekend Nachos is an American band formed in DeKalb, Illinois, in 2004 and associated with Chicago’s hardcore scene. Their music draws on powerviolence, hardcore punk, grindcore and sludge metal; key releases include Punish and Destroy, Unforgivable, Worthless, Still and Apology. Weekend Nachos ended their initial run with a farewell show at the Metro in Chicago in January 2017. The band reunited in 2024 and returned to festival stages at Tied Down Detroit.
