Wendy Moten in Nashville

Wendy Moten is an American singer from Memphis, born in 1964, whose music draws on R&B, soul, jazz and gospel. She is known for the ballad “Come In Out of the Rain,” released on her self-titled debut album, and was the runner-up on the 21st season of The Voice. Wendy Moten toured internationally as a backing vocalist for Julio Iglesias and later sang on Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s Soul2Soul II Tour. In Nashville, she made her Grand Ole Opry debut in 2019 and has performed western swing as a member of The Time Jumpers at 3rd & Lindsley.
