When Chai Met Toast is an Indian indie-folk band formed in Kochi in 2016. The group writes in English, Hindi and Malayalam, pairing acoustic folk-pop with songs including “Firefly,” “Khoj (Passing By)” and “Yellow Paper Daisy.” Its releases include the EP Joy of Little Things and the album When We Feel Young. The When We Feel Young Tour brought the album into headline venues around India in a full-band format. The group has also performed at SulaFest and Bacardi NH7 Weekender.
