Wolfmother in Manchester

Wolfmother are an Australian hard-rock band formed in Sydney in 2004 and led by singer and guitarist Andrew Stockdale. Their heavy, psychedelic sound is captured on the self-titled debut album, which includes “Woman” and “Joker and the Thief,” while later records include Cosmic Egg. In 2006, Wolfmother played Coachella and the Reading and Leeds festivals while touring their debut album. They performed at the Live Earth concert in Sydney in 2007, then opened selected dates on AC/DC’s Black Ice World Tour after the release of Cosmic Egg.
