Young the Giant in Redmond

Young the Giant is an American indie-rock band formed in Irvine, California, in 2004 under the name the Jakes; it adopted its current name in 2009. The band’s self-titled debut produced “My Body,” “Cough Syrup” and “Apartment,” while later albums include Mind over Matter, Home of the Strange, Mirror Master and American Bollywood. The band toured North America with Incubus in 2011, then brought Vance Joy on dates during the Mind over Matter Tour in 2014. The Mirror Master Tour followed in 2019 with Sure Sure, and Young the Giant later co-headlined a 2023 summer tour with Milky Chance.

Cold War Kids are an American indie-rock band formed in Long Beach, California, in 2004. Their music draws on blues and soul, led by Nathan Willett’s vocals and piano. The debut album Robbers & Cowards introduced “Hang Me Up to Dry” and “Hospital Beds,” while Hold My Home produced another signature song, “First.” Cold War Kids toured clubs in the United States and abroad behind Robbers & Cowards, then brought albums including Mine Is Yours and Hold My Home to theatre stages. They have also performed at Coachella, Bonnaroo and Lollapalooza. The band marked its twentieth anniversary in 2024 on the 20 Years Tour.
