Zacarias Ferreira in Fairfield

Zacarias Ferreira is a Dominican singer-songwriter who has recorded romantic bachata since the late 1990s. His debut album, Me Liberé, introduced a repertoire that later included songs such as “Es Tan Difícil,” “Amiga Veneno,” “La Asesina” and “Si Pudiera.” Zacarias Ferreira performs these songs with a bachata band, centering his lead vocal and the music’s guitar-led rhythm. He has presented that repertoire on stages in Santo Domingo and for Dominican audiences in New York.
