Alex Lahey is an Australian singer-songwriter and guitarist from Melbourne who plays indie rock and power pop. The single “You Don’t Think You Like People Like Me” introduced her sharp, conversational writing, followed by the albums I Love You Like a Brother, The Best of Luck Club and The Answer Is Always Yes. Her other established songs include “Every Day’s the Weekend” and “Don’t Be So Hard on Yourself.” Alex Lahey supported Tegan and Sara on Australian dates of the Love You to Death Tour in 2017. She followed that run with headline club shows behind I Love You Like a Brother and The Best of Luck Club, and her festival appearances have included Lollapalooza and Bonnaroo.
